Sales & Return Policy

At DataSpindle LLC, we are committed to providing our clients with reliable and high-quality IT services and products. Please review our sales and return policy for more information on purchasing and returns.

Sales Policy

  • Payment Terms: Payment for all services and products is due within 30 days of invoicing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and business checks.
  • Custom Orders: For any custom hardware or software orders, a deposit of up to 100% may be required before the order is placed. Custom orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • Service Fees: Fees for recurring services, remote support, and on-site support are detailed in your service agreement. Emergency, off-rate, or non-business hour services may incur additional charges.

Return Policy

  • Hardware/Software Returns: Custom-ordered items and software licenses cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of IT services, all service fees (including remote and on-site support) are non-refundable once rendered.
  • Defective Products: If a product is defective upon receipt, we will assist in obtaining a replacement or refund as per the manufacturer’s warranty, and our policy.

Return Process

  • To request a return or warranty claim, please contact our support team. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or as a credit once the return is processed and the product is inspected.

Exceptions

  • Custom hardware, special-order products, and software licenses are not eligible for return.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts.
